The purpose of the Challenge ( lifestyle Change ) , is to bring you closer to Your Full Potential & in Alignment with your purpose in life !
During the course of these 21 days we will be taking the necessary steps to progress in our lives...
PHASE 1
24 HR Reflection : Identify the Things that Distract you from Being Productive (Ex. Video games, Television, Excuses.. lol )
You will need this time to Prepare your Kitchen, Living environment, mindset, and body for this life transformation #monkModeOn
Tools:
- FRUITS, NUTS, LOTS OF WATER
- A JOURNAL
- A NEW PLAYLIST
- Make a Note of those things
During this 21 day period we're going to be Reprogramming those Bad Habits with Positive Habits such as Reading, Exercising, Developing New Skills / Refining Old Skills... #discipline Is the key !
WE'VE GOT THIS !
PHASE 2 (The Breakdown)
1. FREQUENCY MONITORING-- Monitoring the Frequencies That Enter Our Subconscious.. during this 21 day period All that We will be Listening to are High Frequency Soundtracks For the first hour upon rising & the last hour before you go to bed.. Instrumentals without Words.. Meditation Music.. ( I do this Often) It's Does Crazy Wonders to Your Vibration! ( Recommendations -- Zen Garden, Emanicaptor, Joey Fehrenbach, Blackmill (For Working Out)....
The first few hours of your rising is when your brain is the most impressionable. You've brain's ability to process information & receive new ideas are at it's pinnacle when you first wake up.
Listen to Meditation Music While Sleeping will set a positive tone for your rising..

2. FULL ACCEPTANCE
Do Not Argue, Do Not Complain, Do Not Disagree.
( Opening your Mind To Deep Innerstanding )
-Reprogramming Your mind to use other Words ( Preferably: words of empowerment) to Communicate your thoughts.
3. AT Least 20 minutes of Meditation Per Day.. 🧘
10 Minutes Upon Rising, 10 Minutes Before Rest...
( If You Control Your thoughts, You control Your Reality )
~ YOUR Meditation is your connection with yourself.
- If Singing is a Way you Connect with yourself , Then SING !🎵
-If Dancing is your Way, then Dance...
- If You Prefer to Sit Crossed Legged, Lotus Posture, Half Lotus, OR SIMPLY LAY DOWN) , Then do so...
I HOPE YOU'RE STILL WITH ME... :)
4. Commit 4 Days out of the week to exercise ! AT LEAST 1 Hour Per Day
( MAKE THE TIME)
- Getting Your Body in Motion with will help Stabilize Your mood & keep you pushing forward. It will also stimulate a New level of brain Functionality. ( Especially 5am Exercise) #5amClub
5. At Least once during the week spend At least 1 hour in Nature 🌲
( this will help rebalance & cleanse your mind from any negative emotions that may arise)
6. Diet 🍇 - JUST Fruits, Nuts, & Water Until NOON ( 12PM )
Cutting Out -- Breads, Pastas, Rice for this 21 day Period. NO JUNK FOOD !
( haha! The level up will be REAL ! ) THIS WILLL BE YOUR HOLISTIC INTERNAL DETOX.
7. During This 21 Day Period , Avoid spending an Excessive amount of time on Social Media, UNLESS IT'S BUSINESS... ( this Will keep our thought process in check )
Also Filtering out your Social Media.. Removing anything that doesn't Align With your Evolution...
.. Posting is Okay ! Just post & Go...
"Subconsciously, we Attract What we see & hear."
8. Daily Logging ! 📙
"Scripting" Increases Your Manifestion, Organization, Discipline, Focus, etc..
- Daily Affirmations, Gratitude, Prayers/ Rituals
-Scheduling your Days, Weeks, Months
( This will give you more Organized Control of how your Hours are spent.)
- Write Down & set Your Goals
(Journal Writing will provide Great Reflection Material during your journey
